Side Gig SuperSalt® is the start of it all. Our flagship product sets the tone for all that we strive for and all that we have in store: It’s practical, adaptable, effortlessly easy to use, and it’s intensely delicious. Many of its fans describe it as addictive.

SuperSalt is made from hand-selected herbs, garlic and sea salt from Italy that is dried naturally, employing the ancient tradition of preserving, or curing, provisions in salt.

Supersalt uses

As a seasoning salt: Generously sprinkle Side Gig SuperSalt® on anything you’d normally salt, from grilled vegetables to fish, chicken or meat. Not only does SuperSalt build flavor, it also adds texture to everything you sprinkle it on.

As a finishing salt: The best cooks know that you shouldn’t serve anything you’ve cooked until you’ve tasted it yourself. Adjust the flavor of whatever you’ve cooked with SuperSalt, then leave the jar on the table for others to enjoy as they wish.

About Anthony

FROM Passion to profession

Anthony Giglio turned his lifelong love affair with Italian culture, food and wine into a successful career spanning more than three decades.

After graduating from the Sommelier Society of America in 1991, he began leading wine tasting seminars at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Pebble Beach Food & Wine Festival, the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Gather Venice, and the Institute of Culinary Education.

In 2012, Giglio became the founding Wine Director for the American Express Centurion Lounge Global Network. Since 2006, Giglio has led experiential culinary tours to Sicily, where he shares his passion for wine, food, art, history and culture.

From Passion to Profession
